Danzig has had his hands full lately. Just recently mtv posted an article updating us on Glen Danzigs next project 'Ge Rouge', the voodoo zombie flick which is supposed to be set in New Orleans in the turn of the 20th Century.
"And he's just finished penning the third draft for "Ge Rouge," a "voodoo zombie" flick he'll also direct, which is based on the comic he publishes through his Verotika firm; Rainstorm Productions will release the project. The film is set in New Orleans at the turn of the 20th century, and Danzig says he plans to shoot part of the movie in the storm-ravaged city.
"We had scheduled at least seven to 10 days down there before this whole Hurricane Katrina thing happened," he said. "But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The French Quarter is not underwater, and that's where I need to shoot. Everything else I can fake here in Hollywood. But you can't re-create those French Quarter houses. So we'll have to go down there to do that." -MTV

According to revolver magazine, Glenn Danzig recently completed the screenplay for "Gerouge", a voodoo-horror tale set in 1904 New Orleans and based on a Verotik title (Danzig's comic company). The film will mark Danzig's directing debut as well. "It's a period piece, so it's not just a horror movie," he told Revolver. "There's a lot going on in it. But there are some really gruesome scenes, too. The singer-turned-multimedia-menace is hoping for a theatrical release, but confesses, "I'm just going out to do a good movie, and whatever happens after that, I've gotta live with it."
Danzig is also preparing to release "Black Aria II", the sequel to his 1993 venute into classical composition. "It's based on the story of Lilith, the first wife of Adam," he said. "I've had it written for four or five years. Finally I made time in my career to do it. I'm just happy to get it out my system and on CD."

well my great aunt died 2 day its crazy at my house my she lives in new hamshire she vist 4 or 5 times a year her and my uncle are so funny but family has been here all day to be w/my grandma well to get out i went and got my lip pierced again so i have on on each side its differnt i like it it looks good i think but anyway 3 days until danzig its gonna go by fast i work all weekend

well its been a good day i think i got home from work at 7 got online until 9 when Samantha called me she came over we hung out or a lil bit it was os great seeing her shes been so busy latly she left i went to bed for a few hours and got up and went to target and k-mart got me some halloween boxers at k-mart they have frankenstein on em and then went to Bobby's and for a party i drank a lil not 2 much i dun know evertime i drink lately i just dont feel like getting trashed i dun know why its weird but i got a decent buzz and hung out for a bit and made peeps some crazy mix drink i made when a bunc of shir it i dun ever rember i just started pouring what ever was in the fridge in cups vodka ,gin,beer,orange juice,cran apple,choloate surup lol what ever i went for a walk in the graveyard w/ some peeps its so peace full at night i think i maybe a lil more buzzed than i think its kinda hard 2 spell i havnt to go overwhat ever i type lol to sleep i go

well for anyone whos gives a fuck im guess ill post its been crazy and ive been really crazy w/work i work the 3rd remodel shift at Wal-mart ive went to both warped tour and ozzfest ive been shoping like a woman latley lol
ive had a few bumps in the road but its ok ,im really excite aabout the two bootlegs a guy i work w/ is gonna give me 2 morrow the devil's rejects and batman begins witch i have yet to see ether of these other than that i live a boring life o im taking a semseter off from cool ,well im ramblimng on i just got home from work a hour or so ago i sleep now

ok well its been a crazy long busy week
but yester was crazy i didnt get any sleep when i got home from work and at 10:30 me and Sam met Birtney at in ripple it was so fucking hott and u know me in all black and long pants dieing for fashion lol well we shoping around i got me these

well ive had a very busy week ive worked all day thursday i went so sams on my day off and we hung out went to best buy so she could use a gift card she gots for a graduation pres she bought a my chemical romance old cd and system of a downs 1st cd well afer that we washed her car and chill in the hot tub taking and listing 2 music while cuddlings that was gore ate and to night after i got opff work she was at wal-mart( where i work) so i could 2 see her more a few then igot home ate a lil kera and mikey and kevin called kevin who ive known for 5 or 6 years and havent seen since he went in the army 3 years ago good seeing him went all went to ripple and hung out at the bride i looked for my homies saw a few peeps i know from here and there was fun im tired im gonna have a nice fat check next week i need 2 get my hair cut and dyed soon wheni get paid as well as get me a cell phone g- nite bitches

well i started my 1st day at wal-mart 2day they have me working days so they can train me that sucks im not a moring person and i just got used 2 satying up all nite and sleeping until 2 or 3 in the after noon so its gonna be ahrd 2 saty awake im tired as hell now im gonna head off 2 bed in a lil bit i work 2morrow from 8am to 5pm im working loading dock so now i eat a fudge sickle a check my email
